Inpection Notes
Large accumulation of ice on freezer wall back with evaporator. Also some ice formation on evaporarator. Need to have this checked to insure freezer is kept working properly and if ice thaws it does not contaminate food storage. Cold pass-thru left side facing cafeteria with condensate leaking from compressor (inside)- all food is covered and tray is underneath, but this unit should not drip and this water is non-potable (not drinkable) and should not contact food. Repeat Violation. Cardboard dumpster plug broken off leaving hole in dumpster plug that can allow for insect/rodent entry. Need entire plug replaced to keep drain hole sealed. New Violation.
