Ready-Set-Yoga for Kids (Ages 3-5)&(Ages 6-12)

"Ready-Set-Yoga"for Kids June 6 - July 19 (skip July 4) (Ages 3-5( 2 - 3pm, (Ages 6-12) 3-4pm.. Fee: $59 Kids yoga is a great way for children learn safe and effective coping and to find balance in their emergent lives, when everything around them seems epic. Kids yoga is great for little developing bodies and minds. We begin our kids yoga class with a fun centering, warm up and share circle. After that, poses are introduced and practiced in fun (and sometimes silly) yoga games. Finally, the kids are taught to bring their focus from “with” time to “within” time and poses are worked on in a more meditative manner. Class ends with breathwork and Savasana, with guided imagery suitable for the age group. Share circles commonly are opened at the end of class for questions or comments from the children.
