GAINESVILLE - Two suspects are in custody and Gainesville police are looking for two others in connection with two Tuesday morning incidents where large rocks were thrown at vehicles on I-985.

Gainesville Police Cpl. Joe Britte said all four suspects are from Gainesville.

The two suspects in custody have been identified as Kyhrie Harris, 21 and Juan Peterson, 18.

Police are still looking for Kendrick Perry, 19 and Michael Ellis, 21. Authorities are asking for the public's help as they search for Perry and Ellis.

All four face charges of two counts of criminal damage in the first degree and two counts of terroristic acts.

The rock-throwing incidents occurred at 1:30 and 2 a.m. Tuesday, according to Britte. He said large rocks were thrown from the Athens Street overpass, striking two vehicles traveling on I-985. Britte said no one was injured, but the vehicles sustained substantial damage.
