ATLANTA (AP) -- Police in Atlanta are trying to find the victim and witnesses in an attack in the Little Five Points neighborhood after video surfaced on social media.

Atlanta Police Department spokeswoman Kim Jones tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution ( http://on-ajc.com/1xw2ar2 ) no report was filed after the incident. Police want anyone who witnessed the attack to call them.

Media reports indicate a six-second video of the attack appeared Tuesday on video-sharing site Vine and a longer video is on YouTube.

A video clip shows a person arguing with two men outside a skate shop. Another shows a third man stomping on the person's head. The video doesn't show the person getting knocked down or the attacker approaching the group.

It's not clear when the attack happened.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
