Three people arrested in connection with June 5 burglary, gang activity

GAINESVILLE, GA - Three people are behind bars in connection with a burglary in the 1100 block of Villa Clara Way on June 5, according to a release from the Hall County Sheriff's Office.

18-year-old Hector Bautista, 21-year-old Liliana Rivera, and 20-year-old Ivan Torres-Garcia are being held without bond at tha Hall County Jail, according to a press release by the Hall County Sheriff's Office.

All three are charged with first degree theft by taking and violation of the street gang act.

Hall County Sheriff's Uniformed Patrol answered a call on June 5, and deputies discovered the homeowner's vehicle, jewelry, and numerous electronic items were taken.

Authorities found the car at the Racetrac in Oakwood around midnight the following day, with the three alleged perpetrators and most of the stolen goods inside.
