Tennis: Elephants serve up win over Winder-Barrow, stay unbeaten in 8-AAAAA

GAINESVILLE -- The Gainesville boys tennis team remained perfect in Region 8-AAAAA after taking a 5-0 win Tuesday over Winder-Barrow at Longwood Park.

Graham McKinnon won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1 singles while Reagan Williams took a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 2 singles. Roan Thompson won a close 6-2, 2-6, 10-7 match at No. 3 singles.

In doubles, Charles Calkins and Nick Dillard won 6-0, 7-5 at No. 1 and Trevor Munn and Davis Brown won 6-1 6-1 at No. 2.

The Red Elephants, who moved to 5-0 in region play, next will travel to Loganville on Thursday in another Region 8-AAAAA match.
