Black Hawk makes emergency landing in Lilburn
By The Associated Press
LILBURN, Ga. (AP) Officials in Gwinnett County say a Black Hawk helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing in Lilburn.
A Georgia National Guard spokesman tells WSB-TV the helicopter had to make an emergency landing in a field in a residential area Sunday after a cockpit warning light came on.
Police say no injuries were reported. A second helicopter arrived to assist, and the pilots were able to fly the helicopter back to Clay National Guard Center.
