Man held without bond in Gwinnett for allegedly victimizing girls
LAWRENCEVILLE - A 38-year-old man, who reportedly lived in Auburn, remained in the Gwinnett County Jail without bond Friday on a list of charges related to the alleged sexual victimization of two girls.
According to Gwinnett County Jail records, Tanyon Emil Baker faces seven counts each of enticing a child for indecent purposes and child molestation.
He's also charged with three counts each of sodomy and rape. Baker was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail Tuesday evening.
The Gwinnett Daily Post reports that Baker had been living in Auburn. The charges reportedly stem from accusations that arose in June involving two 15 year old girls. The paper reported they're believed to family friends.
The published report indicates Baker had been jailed on drug charges in Barrow County and was transferred to Gwinnett County to face the sex charges.
Auburn Police told the post that their investigation remained open.
Gwinnett County Jail records listed a Charlotte, North Carolina, address for Baker.
