Tanger celebrates 20 years of corporate breast cancer fight

COMMERCE - This fall, Tanger Outlet Centers are offering its shoppers a way to join the fight against Breast Cancer with the annual PinkSTYLE campaign.

From September 12 through October 25, the 20th annual Tanger PinkSTYLE Campaign will take place at 41 Tanger Outlet Centers in 26 states and Canada, according to a spokesman for the Tanger Outler Center in Commerce.

Pink Card proceeds from the Commerce center will benefit the Cancer Foundation of Northeast Georgia and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

In addition, Tanger in Commerce will host itís 5th Annual Fit For A Cure 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 19, at 8:30 a.m. Interested participants can register for this event at www.tangeroutlet.com/race or contact Tanger Outlets Commerce at 706.335.3354 for discount information for teams of 10 or more. The first 400 preregistered participants will receive a race pack which includes a commemorative race t-shirt, medal, Tanger shopping discounts and other goodies.

Prizes will be awarded to division winners as well as the top male and top female winners Tanger will also be hosting a silent auction during itís Pink Night of Giving on Thursday, October 24, from 5:00 p.m. Ė 8:00 p.m. Prizes for this auction include items such as UGA football tickets, a free night stay at Chateau Elan Inn, a free round of golf for four at Double Oaks Golf Course and even a $250 Tanger gift card!
