COMMERCE - Jackson County authorities have made two additional arrests following a party involving underage drinking at a party a week ago.
The two men, 45-year-old Kenneth Dale Maney and 19-year-old Mitchell Lee Maney have been charged with maintaining a disorderly house. Mitchell Maney was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Jackson County Sheriff Janis Mangum said the 19-year-old Maney hosted the party on the property of Kenneth Dale Maney.
The party last Friday on Waterworks Road in Commerce ended when authorities arrived on scene and 18 adults and one juvenile were charged with underage possession of alcohol.
Another juvenile attempted to leave the scene and hit a patrol car, almost injuring a deputy. That juvenile was charged with aggravated assault, fleeing, attempting to elude, damage to government property and obstruction.
