GAINESVILLE - A Gainesville man faces a laundry list of charges after he allegedly used an online newspaper as a front for an identity theft operation.
Oakwood Police Department Investigator Danny Sridej said he obtained 42 warrants for Joshua Brian Randolph during the course of his investigation.
"There could be more charges because apparently he used several credit cards and had several accounts," said Sridej.
Sredij said he was able to locate approximately 20 victims.
In Oakwood, Randolph faces 13 counts of financial transaction card fraud, 11 counts of forgery in the first degree, five counts of forgery in the third degree, seven counts of theft of services (felony), four counts of theft of services (misdemeanor), one count of theft by deception and one count of identity fraud, according to Sredij.
In Hall County, Randolph faces 35 charges of financial transaction card fraud.
Randolph is currently in custody at the Hall County jail.
