Tennis: Lady Trojans stay perfect, beat West Hall

GAINESVILLE -- North Hall stayed unbeaten after beating West Hall 5-0 Tuesday in Region 7-AAA girls tennis action.

The Lady Trojans (7-0, 5-0 Region 7-AAA) lost just one set in getting the victory.

In singles, Natalie Oxley beat Susanna Pate 6-2, 6-4 at No. 1 while Kelsey McCray rallied from a set down to beat Thu Bui 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 at No. 2 singles.
Tricia Dial defeated Yennifer Claria 6-1, 6-0 at No. 3 singles.

In doubles, Hannah Gibson and Kaitlyn Smith won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 1 and Courtney Barnes and McKay Higginbotham won 6-2, 6-0 at No. 2 doubles.

North Hall next will travel to Fannin County on Wednesday.
