Drug legalization debate next week at UNG-GainesvilleBy Ken Stanford Staff GAINESVILLE - The Politically Incorrect Club at the University of North Georgia-Gainesville is sponsoring a debate next Monday on drug legalization.
It will begin at 12:00 and last until 1:30 and will be held in the Continuing Education Building’s main auditorium (C.E. 108) in Oakwood. There will be four student panelists representing a broad spectrum of opinions on the issue. The debate has intensified in places in the country since November when voters in Colorado and Washington state chose to legalize marijuana. A rally at the state Capitol in Atlanta just a few days ago spotlighted the question of legalized marijuana. The session will be open to the public and there will be no charge to attend. © Copyright 2013 AccessNorthGa.com
