Golf: Gainesville girls finish second at Chattahoochee Invitational

GAINESVILLE -- The Gainesville girls golf team held its third Chattahoochee Invitational on Saturday at Chattahoochee Golf Club in Gainesville.

The Lady Red Elephants finished second with a score of 260. Madeline Harr led Gainesville with an 85, while Meg Callahan shot an 86, Morgan Reece an 89 and Ashleigh Bishop a 92.

Cambridge High School won with a team score of 234. All three players for Cambridge tied with 78. Sabrina Long won on the second hole of sudden death to claim the individual title.
