Teen faces charges in Forsyth County wreck

CUMMING - A 17 year old from Cumming faces charges in a fatal traffic accident that happened last week in Forsyth County.

Antonio Aguilera-Mora is charged with second degree vehicular homicide and failure to obey a traffic control device.

The investigation showed that Mr. Aguilera-Mora failed to obey that traffic signal, a red light at that intersection, as he was headed south on Highway nine," Spriggs said.

The crash happened Georgia Highway nine and North Old Atlanta Road and killed 43 year old Lesia Elaine Bennett of Cumming last Thursday

Bennett's car collided with an unloaded school bus following the initial wreck last Thursday.
