Baseball: Olson leads North Hall offense over Fannin Co.

BLUE RIDGE – North Hall continues to put up big offensive numbers after a 16-0, five-inning thumping of Fannin County Wednesday in Region 7-AAA action.

The Trojans (6-1, 2-0 Region 7-AAA) pounded Rebel pitching for a second straight game. They beat Fannin County 15-0 on Monday in the home-and-home series.

Griffin Olson led the barrage with two hits and three RBI. Colton Dutweiler and Zach Mize had two hits and two RBI each for North Hall.

Lincoln Hewett, Drew Coker, and Preston Graham had one hit each for the Trojans.

Corbin Lewellen got the win on the mound for North Hall. Lewellen scattered four hits and fanned four in five innings of work.

The Trojans next will travel to West Hall on Friday in Region 7-AAA action.
