Sunoco becomes presenting sponsor of the Southern Super Series

Southern Super Series officials announced today a partnership with Sunoco, the world’s leading racing fuel manufacturer, to be the presenting series sponsor. The new Southern Super Series presented by Sunoco will make its on-track debut April 6 at Tennessee’s Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville.

The presenting sponsorship from Sunoco not only adds excitement for racers and fans for the debut of the series at Nashville, but will also be an added benefit for more drivers by boosting the Southern Super Series point fund.

“Sunoco has seen the potential of where the Southern Super Series could go,” said Tim Bryant, Five Flags Speedway General Manager and one of the spearheads of the Southern Super Series. “What they are enabling us to do is to enhance the Southern Super Series points fund to where we can now pay all the drivers in the final top ten of the standings.
