Forsyth County authorities respond to second wreck involving a school busBy Derreck Booth Editor CUMMING - Two people suffered minor injuries in a three-vehicle accident involving a school bus in Forsyth County Friday morning.
The wreck happened at Pilgrim Mill Road at Pilgrim Point Road after 8:00 a.m. Forsyth County Fire Department Division Chief Jason Shivers said the bus was loaded. "The school bus was able to continue on and make its stop at Little Mill Middle School without any other further incident. It was not damaged to the point of having any kind of mechanical issues at all," Shivers said. One student on the bus and one of the other drivers, a licensed juvenile, suffered what Shivers described as very minor injuries. Shivers said both injured parties were released to their parents. On Thursday afternoon, a woman from Cumming was killed, also in a three-vehicle accident. That bus was reportedly not loaded with student. © Copyright 2013 AccessNorthGa.com
