Soccer: North Ga. Christian girls win 1-0 at home

GAINESVILLE -- The North Georgia Christian girls soccer team defeated the Westminster Lady Lions 1-0 at the Allen Creek Soccer Complex on Monday night in Gainesville.

Esther Lloyd scored the game's only goal with less than five minutes to play.

Georgia Clark got the shutout in goal with help from a stiff defense anchored by Jordan Ball, Rachel MacLagan, Morgan Johnson, and Sally MacLagan.

The Lady Chargers are now 2-1 on the season and will take on Heritage Christian next Monday at Allen Creek.
