Gainesville man flown to hospital following motorcycle wreckBy Derreck Booth Editor GAINESVILLE - A Gainesville man was flown to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta Sunday following a motorcycle accident in Hall County.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, 47 year old Timothy Eugene King was headed north on McEver Road, when his 2005 Harley Davidson went onto the shoulder and hit a curb. Troopers said King lost control of the bike. It overturned through the median and hit a 2002 Saturn traveling in the southbound lanes of McEver. There's no word on whether that driver, 42 year old Guy Winford Gilstrap of Gainesville, suffered injuries. The accident happened near Gould Drive around 4:50 p.m. Charges are pending, according to the state patrol. © Copyright 2013 AccessNorthGa.com
