Public comment sought on Gainesville CDBG program

GAINESVILLE - A public meeting will be held Friday to discuss the application process for the City of Gainesville Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services Program.

Private, nonprofit and governmental agencies who furnish "measurable" services to low- and-moderate income citizens in the city are eligible to apply for funding. Attendees will have an opportunity to pick up an application package and ask questions about the application process.
