FLOWERY BRANCH -- The North Hall girls tennis team ran its win streak to three straight after beating West Hall 4-1 Thursday at the Bob Bailey Tennis Center.
The Lady Trojans (4-1) lost just two games in sweeping the doubles. The No. 1 team of Hannah Gibson and Kaitlyn Smith beat Hanh Nguyen and Rachel Were 6-0, 6-0 while the No. 2 team of MaryClare Patterson and Karleigh Dills beat Katie Harbin and Amanda Leonard 6-1, 6-1.
In singles, North hall's Natalie Oxley held off Thu Bui 6-1, 7-6 (7-4) at no. 2 while Tricia Dial beat Yennifer Clarin 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3 singles.
West Hall got its only win at No. 1 singles with Susannah Pate knocking off Kelsey McCray 6-4, 6-3.
North Hall will open its Region 7-AAA match next Tuesday on the road against Fannin County.
