Soccer: West Hall boys pound White County 7-1 in Mountains Cup

GAINESVILLE -- The West Hall boys soccer team smacked White County 7-1 on Tuesday night in the Northeast Georgia Mountains Cup in Gainesville.

The win came one night after a 5-0 defeat of Riverside Military.

Freshman forward Cesar Villa bagged four goals for thee Spartans, including a span of three straight. Omar Castillo and Ramsis Martinez each had one goal apiece, while Pedro Perez also scored on a penalty kick.

The Spartans will continue play in the tournament on Friday.
