Gwinnett Police investigate bank robberyBy Derreck Booth Editor Gwinnett County Police have put out a series of photos and a description in hopes of arresting the man that robbed a bank Tuesday afternoon.
According to Gwinnett County Police, the crime happened around 1:15 p.m. at the Chase Bank at 3780 Old Norcross Road in the Duluth area. Investigators said the man handed a teller a note that said he had a bomb and wanted money. The suspect left the bank on foot with what police described as a small amount of cash. The suspect is described as a white man in his late 40s or early 50s and of average height and build. He wore blue jeans, a tan jacket, a black knit cap, and sunglasses.
