Cleveland pedestrian struck by car, airliftedBy Dean Dyer Staff CLEVELAND – A 26-year-old Cleveland man was seriously injured when he was struck by a vehicle Saturday night in Cleveland.
Cleveland Police Lt. Wesley Addis said Kevin Trowell was hit by a vehicle around 8:10 p.m. on North Main Street, in front of the Kangaroo Convenience store. Addis said the victim was flown by medical helicopter to Atlanta Medical Center, where he was said to be in stable condition at last report. The Georgia State Patrol was called to investigate, due to the nature of the accident and the injuries involved. No further details are available.
