FCHS Dance Dawgs bring home 1st place

CUMMING - The Forsyth Central Dance team took first place in the Kick category from the Kennesaw State University Dance Invitational which was held recently.

The dance trio of Caroline Loveless (Junior), Ricki-Chandler Adams (Sophomore), and Emily Ponder (Freshman) also placed 3rd in the small group category with their lyrical dance routine.

Sixteen other high schools participated.

The Dance Dawgs are coached by Amy Gravitt and Leah Heisler.

Team sponsors for the 2012-2013 year include Cumming Dance Academy, TNT Athletics, and Choice Refrigerants.
