Braselton DDA launches website
BRASELTON - Braselton’s Downtown Development Authority (DDA) launched its website this week – www.downtownbraselton.com - focusing on existing businesses and as an interactive tool for prospective businesses and patrons.
The site features a downtown business directory, calendar of events, photo galleries and map. For prospective businesses, the site contains listings of available properties and contact information all in a printer-friendly format.
Amy Pinnell, who is the DDA’s director, says, “the site will be a great resource to residents and all encouraging them to visit our downtown, to know what there is to see and do and to know where to shop and dine.”
“Websites should be vibrant,” she adds, “as information should be fresh and appealing. This site will grow, and we hope it will become a popular and convenient tool for economic development.”
The authority has also announced its Business Breakfast & Networking events for the new year.
They will be held Feb. 15, May 17, Aug. 16 and Nov. 15 in the Comunity Room
at the Braselton Police & Municipal Court Building from 7:30-8;30. The sessions are open to anyone operating a business or working in downtown Braselton.
