DAWSONVILLE -- Sophomore Sheyenne Seabolt poured in 21 points and Carly Gilreath had 20 to lead Dawson County to a 79-39 win over White County Tuesday night in Region 7-AAA action.
The Lady Tigers (8-1, 2-1 in region) led from start to finish. They led 17-10 after the first quarter but outscored the Lady Warriors 45-25 in the second and third quarters to blow the game open. Dawson County put the game away with a 17-4 fourth quarter.
Ashley Parker had 11 points for Dawson County. Kenna Seitz and Hannah Porter both each had seven points for the Lady Tigers.We are now 8 – 1 overall and 2 –1 in the region. We have West Forsyth coming to Dawsonville on Thursday.
Dawson County is back in action on Thursday taking on Class AAAAAA West Forsyth at home.
White County next will take on Class AAAAAA Habersham Central on Friday in the Piedmont Tournament in Demorest.
