Girls basketball: Lakeview falls at George Walton

MONROE -- The Lakeview Academy girls basketball team suffered a 64-23 defeat to George Walton Academy on Tuesday in Monroe.

Katie Gay and Schuyler Miller each scored five points to lead the Lady Lions (4-4)

Ivey App led George Walton with 18.

Lakeview will look to bounce back at 7 p.m. Saturday in the first round of the Lanierland tournament against East Hall at Gainesville.
