Thanksgiving eve crash injures five
BUFORD - A total of five people were taken to the hospital following a rollover crash on Friendship Road in south Hall County Wednesday night. It happened at the intersection of Atlanta Highway.
Hall County Fire Marshal Scott Cagle said three people in an overturned Jeep Cherokee had to be pulled from the wreckage.
"Those three patients were treated on the scene and transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Two people from the other vehicle were transported as well," Cagle said.
Cagle said the injuries were all non life threatening.
The Georgia State Patrol was investigating the collision. It happened just before 6:00 p.m. in the area of the Quik Trip gas station.
