Police seek public's help finding missing 15-year-old

GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing/runaway juvenile.

Investigators are seeking information from the public on the whereabouts of 15 year old Rachel Moore.

Rachel has been reported as missing after she left on September 26.

It is believed that she is still in the Gainesville area according to Gainesville Police spokesman Corporal Kevin Holbrook.

Due to Rachel’s age she is considered to be endangered or at risk.

Anyone with information that will assist investigators with locating Rachel is asked to contact the police departments at 770-534-5254 or 911.
