Police searching for robbery suspectBy Derreck Booth Editor GAINESVILLE - Gainesville Police Thursday released a suspect photo as they seek the man they believe is responsible for a robbery in early October.
According to investigators, the department has developed new leads this week in the case. They've issued arrest warrants for Dujuan Lamonta Myers, 43, of Gainesville. The charges include robbery by intimidation, theft by taking, and two counts of false imprisonment. "He did not brandish any weapons or produce any weapons at the time of the robbery," Gainesville Police Corporal Kevin Holbrook said. Police said the crime happened at Premier Insurance on Shallowford Road. "It's believed that he did take the employees of the business to a different location inside the business and held them for a short period of time before leaving the scene," Holbrook said. Police ask anyone with information on Myers location to call them. 911 or the Gainesville Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division at (770)-534-5254. © Copyright 2013 AccessNorthGa.com
