21st Annual Marketplace coming next week

GAINESVILLE - Marketplace – an annual holiday shopping event presented by The Medical Center Auxiliary and Willis Investment Counsel celebraters its 21st year next week, November 8 – 10 at the Gainesville Civic Center. All proceeds from Marketplace 2012 benefit radiation oncology services offered through The Cancer Center at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

The Marketplace Preview Party is Thursday, November 8, 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.

Tickets for the Preview Party are $40 per person ($20 is tax deductible), which includes heavy hors d’oeuvres; a silent and live auction; a return admission to Marketplace; and the chance to shop before Marketplace opens to the public.

General admission is open 9:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. on Friday and 9:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $5, and children 12 and under are admitted free. Complimentary valet parking and a parking shuttle will be available.
