PumpkinFest and trick-or-treat a success despite the coldBy Derreck Booth Editor GAINESVILLE - Despite the cold weather Wednesday night, trick-or-treaters took to the neighborhoods of north Georgia.
Lakewood Baptist Church in Gainesville hosted its annual PumpkinFest, with food, games and activities. Children and families packed the parking lots in the event that draws around 2000 people. A quick check of Hall County neighborhoods, The Chimney's and Lake Ranch Estates, showed carloads of children collecting Halloween goodies into the evening hours. © Copyright 2013 AccessNorthGa.com
