ID theft arrest of Flowery Branch man

FLOWERY BRANCH - A Flowery Branch man has been charged with ripping off ATM customers at the Mall of Georgia.

W.B. Worhman, who also listed a Lovejoy arrest with police, is charged with identity fraud by Gwinnett police.

Investigators say Worhman stole credit card information using a skimming device from at least three Bank of America customers in July.

Police say Worhman was involved in a federal drug case in Memphis in 2005 and had been out of jail for about two years.
