Witnesses to Tuesday's armed robbery at Dollar General fill out police questionnaires
GAINESVILLE - Gainesville Police investigators were looking into an armed robbery at the Dollar General store on Thompson Bridge Road late Tuesday morning.
Apparently no one was hurt, but police on the scene were remaining mum on details as they gathered information.
A male cashier of the store said he was shaken up, but not injured. That cashier said the suspect was dressed in full camouflage with his face covered. The suspect took money from the drawer.
The store is in the Publix shopping center near South Enota Drive.
Police were fanned out across the area, while the investigation was ongoing.
