Mayfield to reopen Braselton visitors center

BRASELTON - Mayfield Dairy Farms announced Friday that the company is reopening their visitors center in Braselton.

Officials with the City of Braselton said the center will reopen to the public on Nov. 9.

"We are thrilled to be able to open the Braselton Visitor Center again," said Mary Williams, Mayfield General Manager. "We know the Visitor Center has been a great way for our business to connect with our consumers and the general public, and we're excited to bring this attraction back to the Braselton community."

The center has been closed since last fall while the company looked for ways to make it more economically viable.

The center will reopen with the following schedule:

Gift Shop & Ice Cream Parlor Tour Schedule

Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
First tour 10 a.m., last tour 4 p.m.
(no tours on Wednesdays)

Saturday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
First tour 10 a.m., last tour 1 p.m.
