No one injured in Flowery Branch house fireBy Katie Crumley Access Insider FLOWERY BRANCH - There are no injuries to report following a house fire in Flowery Branch early Wednesday morning.
Hall County Fire Marshal Scott Cagle said units responded to the 6200 block of Laurelwood Trail around 1:45 a.m. to find the 2,000-square-foot home with flames coming through the roof. "There was one person living in the home, but they were not at home at the time of the fire," he said. Cagle said the cause of the fire appears to be accidental in nature. "The fire does appear to be accidental in nature starting in the area of an ash tray and a lava lamp, so we'll be back on the fire scene to determine which of those two causes it might have been," he said. Cagle said the damage estimate to the home is roughly $75,000. © Copyright 2013 AccessNorthGa.com
