CLEVELAND – White County ran for 315 yards and had 10 different ball carriers in a 41-12 win over East Hall Friday night in a key Region 7-AAA contest.
The Warriors (4-1, 2-0 in region) led 14-6 after the first quarter and then extended the lead to 24-12 by halftime. They also held East Hall to just 145 yards offense for the game, well below the Vikings’ season-average.
The win also put White County atop the region standings.
White County has a bye week next week before playing host to Buford.
East Hall next will play host to North Hall.
