In the net division Paul Payne had a net score of 135 and was the winner by a scorcard playoff over Larry Smith with a par on the 18th hole. Second place went to Frederick Reed (139).

The Championship Flight had an exciting finish. A three-way playoff between Jim Foote, Roger Stapp and Joe Roberts was needed to determine the net winner and runner up. Jim Foote was the winner with a par on the first playoff hole. Joe and Roger both made 5's, but had to continue to the second hole to determine the runner up. Joe Roberts was first in the hole with a par 4, leaving Roger Stapp a difficult three-foot putt to continue the playoff. Rogers putt barely missed on the right edge of the cup, giving runner-up honors to Joe.

The overall 2012 City Senior Champion was Walter Hope, the defending champion from the 2011 City Senior Championship. Walter fired a two-day total of 4-under par 140 winning by one shot over Jim Foote who shot an impressive 3-under-par 141. The tournament was close to the end, Foote had a putt of about 18 feet on the 36th hole to force a playoff with Hope that barely missed on the right side of the cup. Second place was awarded to Joe Ingram firing an even par 144.
