SUMMERVILLE – East Hall scored 29 second half points to erase a halftime deficit and beat Chattooga 29-21 Friday night.
The Vikings (1-1) trailed 7-0 at halftime but found their rhythm in the second half. Edward Vergara led the ground attack with over 100 yards and two touchdowns. Zac Groover and Cory Reece also had rushing touchdowns for the Vikings.
East Hall finished with over 300 yards rushing and 75 yards passing for the game. Xavier Hughley led the Vikings defense with two sacks and five other tackles-for-loss.
