Eden wins Hall Co. tax commissioner raceBy Katie Crumley Access Insider GAINESVILLE - Hall County has a new tax commissioner.
Darla Eden won Tuesday's runoff against Kent Henderson with roughly 52 percent of the vote. "Having someone that has a certified public accountant designation to handle the $150 million of Hall County's revenue, I think is a win-win and an added benefit that doesn't cost the Hall County taxpayers any extra money," said Eden. Eden touted her experience as a CPA throughout the campaign. Henderson garnered just under 48 percent of the vote. © Copyright 2013 AccessNorthGa.com
