FLOWERY BRANCH - One suspect is in custody and authorities have talked to another following a string of car break-ins in Flowery Branch early Wednesday morning.
Lt. Scott Ware with the Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad said patrol units responded to River Valley Way in regards to complaints of people breaking into cars at the time.
He said deputies were able to arrest 21-year-old Zachary Howard of Dacula.
"He was charged with three counts of entering auto, three counts of transaction card theft, possession of Alprazolam and possession of marijuana," Ware said.
The marijuana charge was a misdemeanor.
Ware said items taken from the vehicles included credit cards and jewelry. Authorities are continuing their investigation.
