Suwanee schedules meeting on transportation sales tax

SUWANEE - As we get closer to the July 31 vote on the proposed one-percent transportation sales tax, you can add Gwinnett County and the City of Suwanee to the list of groups scheduling an information meeting.

According to Suwanee officials, the session will include an open house forum and presentation on proposed county and city projects that would be funded if the measure passes.

The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m., July 16, at Suwanee City Hall located at 330 Town Center Ave.
