Crash closes I-985 southbound Saturday night

BUFORD - All southbound lanes of Interstate 985 were shut down following a one-vehicle wreck Saturday night near the Mall of Georgia exit.

Gwinnett Fire Capt. Eric Eberly said when units arrived they found one vehicle over turned with no one in it or around it. Eberly says a search of the area conducted by Gwinnett County Police K9 units were unable to locate the driver.

No other details were immediately available.

All lanes reopened just before 11 p.m.
