The Georgia Sportswriters Association released their final boys and girls basketball polls of the season on Friday.

As expected, the two-time Class AA champion Buford girls come in at No. 1, while the North Hall boys are fifth in Class AAA and the Jefferson boys fourth in Class AA.

The Commerce boys also earned a spot in the Class A top 10, coming in 10th, while the East Hall girls finished ninth in Class AAA. Rabun County's girls also ended up sixth in Class AA.

The Lady Wolves won their second straight championship in dominating fashion last weekend in Macon, while the Trojans and Dragons each reached the Final Four before falling.

The Commerce boys and East Hall girls also reached the state quarterfinals this season -- as did Rabun County, which was defeated by eventual champs Buford for the second straight season.
