2 men in critical condition after shooting in Gwinnett County

NORCROSS-Gwinnett County authorities are investigating a double shooting in Norcross that left 2 men in critical condition.

The shooting occurred around 8:40 Thursday evening at an apartment complex in Norcross.

According to a preliminary investigation, 2 men in their 20's were shot while sitting in a vehicle at the Valencia Park apartment at 3500 Peachtree Corners Circle in Norcross.

A third person, who was also in the vehicle at the time of the shooting, was able to flag down a police officer at Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Buford Highway.

The 2 injured men, whose names were not released, were transported to a local hospital for treatment. They were listed in critical condition.
