UNDATED - What started as the cry of one mom’s heart as her children went to public junior high school has expanded to include an estimated 175,000 moms throughout the United States and in 132 countries... and Moms In Touch is celebrating 25 years of encouraging mothers to pray for children and schools.
To mark this milestone, Moms In Touch Area Coordinator for Forsyth, Dawson, White, Habersham, Rabun Towns and Union counties, Stacey Antolik, says Moms In Touch International is hosting a special prayer event, Arise! Cry Out!, inviting Christian women from the around the world to fast and pray.
"In Georgia, we have a growing number of Host Sites throughout our state where women will gather on November 14 from 9:00-1:00 to pray for our children and the schools within our communities, as well as for children and schools around the world," Antolik said. "Currently there are twelve host sites including our local site at Northside Family Worship Center, 2820 Brookwood Road, Cumming and First Presbyterian Church of Cleveland, 147 N. Main St., Cleveland."
The other locations include: Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell; Perimeter Church in Duluth, Shadowbrook Baptist Church in Suwanee, First Baptist Church-Snellville and Jefferson United Methodist Church in Jefferson.
