BUFORD -- Buford High offensive lineman Du’Von Millsap has committed to play football for the University of South Carolina, according to a report from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The 6-foot-5, 333-pound senior committed to the Gamecocks late last week over Ole Miss, Oklahoma State and Clemson amongst others.
Millsap joins fellow lineman Kolton Houston (Georgia) and fullback Jessell Curry (Auburn) as Wolves teammates headed to the SEC.
Third-ranked Buford (8-1, 5-1 Region 6-AA) will close its regular season this week at rival Greater Atlanta Christian (1-8, 1-5) before heading into the Class AA playoffs, likely as the second seed from Region 6-AA.
