Prudential North Georgia Realty joins Prudential Georgia Realty

ATLANTA — Prudential Georgia Realty (PGR), one of the largest real estate companies in Georgia, continues to expand in metro Atlanta and North Georgia with Prudential North Georgia Realty becoming part of its operations. The 21-agent firm will work out of a Northeast Georgia satellite location at 1070 Historic 441 Highway in Demorest.

The 21 agents control more than one-third of the area’s real estate market share and brought more than 300 listings with them to Prudential Georgia Realty. Todd Slaughter, who serves as managing broker of the PGR Gainesville branch, will lead the Prudential Northeast Georgia sales team.

With the merger of the two agencies, now Prudential's North Georgia listings will be displayed on over 500 real estate websites with top priority from Featured or Showcase listings on major sites such as Realtor.com, YahooRealEstate.com, AJChomefinder.com, Trulia.com and others.
